THE THINKERS

GRADE 0 (Nil thinkers).
These are persons who are not in control of their minds because of mental impairment, which might be organic or functional in origin, congenital ( from birth) or acquired (developed later in life). Consequently, it is difficult for them to make definite, reasonable plans about their future.
GRADE 1 (Lower-Low thinkers).
This grade comprises of persons who have no IDEA whatsoever of what exactly they want out of life. The mere thought of it borders them a great deal that they have resolved not to think about it any longer; at least not at the moment. They often shield themselves with a cloak of religion or philosophy.
GRADE 2 (Low thinkers).
This grade comprises of persons who have unco-ordinated multiple ideas of what they want out of life, but however have not been able to come down their ideas into a definite FOCUS. It is a common thing to find these persons jumping from one concept to another significant accomplishments.
GRADE 3 (Average- Low thinkers)
This grade is made up of persons whose ideas have been co-ordinated and channeled into a focus, but never proceed to implement them. They often await the emergence of the "ideal", "perfect" time (which very often never comes) to implement their plans. Majority of these fellows have a latent fear of failure which inhibits them from boldly taking the first step; hence they resort to procastination in awaiting for a "perfect" time.
GRADE 4 (Low-average thinkers)
This grade comprises of persons who have ideas which have been coned into a focus, and have even gone ahead to implement these concepts, albeit unsuccessfully. In the face of the failure to achieve their highly cherished dreams, they withdraw from setting high goals for themselves subsequently and often detest projectile ideas and their proponents. This is the most precarious group, as these persons are often filled with hate, regret, fear of future adventure and thoughts of suicide.
GRADE 5 (Average thinkers)
(5a) This grade is made up of persons who abinitio do not expect too much out of life. They aim not too highly, work consistently at it, hit and remain there with utmost fulfillment.
(5b) In addition to (5a) above, these persons remain fulfilled, albeit for a season and are sooner weighed down with the boredom of monotony. At this stage they become unpredictable, both to themselves and to their society.
GRADE 6 (High thinkers)
(6a) This grade is made up of persons who set very high goals that are much bigger than their present status. People around them consider their ideas as grandiose whenever they choose to mention them, which they don`t do often. They persistently take daily steps in the direction of the fulfillment of their set goals without deliberately depriving their fellow beings of their place and are never deterred by failure, or discouraging insinuations from people around them.
(6b) In addition to (6a) above, these persons out of desperation, break societal rules to attain their goals. In other words , they achieve their goals at the expense of their fellow beings.
(N.B Grade 1-6, all have normal mental capacity)
Dr. Thomas-Wilson Ikubese, however, realized sadly that the majority of persons he interacted with in the course of his studies were in the lower grades, forming a saddening pyramid. It is the intention of turning around this pyramid that the organization was founded; for he believes that when this is achieved, the individual and the society will be better for it.
